QV Auto Tint

1. In-Shop Service Policy

QV Auto Tint operates from a fixed location and does not offer mobile services. All tinting services are performed at our shop. Customers are expected to arrive on time and ensure their vehicle is clean and ready for service. Unsafe or excessively dirty vehicles may result in service denial or rescheduling at the customer’s expense.

2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If you fail to arrive, or the vehicle is not available or prepared for service, your deposit will be forfeited and a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Tint Quality & Imperfections Disclaimer

While we strive for excellence, minor imperfections such as dust, tiny fibers, or small particles may occur. This is standard across the industry and does not constitute a defect. All work is performed using professional-grade materials and equipment in a controlled shop environment.

4. Complaints & Public Feedback

If you have concerns about your service, you must contact QV Auto Tint directly to allow us the opportunity to address the issue.

Negative or defamatory reviews posted without first contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy.

We welcome respectful, honest communication and stand by the quality of our work.

5. All Sales Are Final – No Exceptions

Once your service is completed and payment is collected:

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No exceptions

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before leaving the premises. Any issues must be brought to our attention immediately while the vehicle is still at our location.

6. Right to Refuse Service

QV Auto Tint reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Unsafe vehicle conditions

  • Failure to comply with shop policies

7. Legal Tint Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with local and state window tint laws.
QV Auto Tint is not liable for citations, fines, or required removals resulting from non-compliant tint choices made by the customer.

8. Aftercare Instructions

Please follow these guidelines to protect your tint:

  • Do not roll down windows for 3–5 days

  • Hazy appearance or small bubbles are normal during the curing period (up to 2–3 weeks)

  • Use only ammonia-free cleaners and a microfiber cloth to clean tinted windows

9. Final Sign-Off & Terms Agreement

At the completion of your service, customers may be asked to sign off acknowledging satisfaction with the work performed.
